The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
The guest loses the amount paid if he/she cancels within 30 days before arrival. If the guest does not show up, he/she will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.
Any amount paid, in case of cancellation, could be transformed, by prior agreement, into a voucher for a subsequent reservation and based on availability.
A security deposit of between €250 and €1000 is required on the day of arrival, upon delivery of the keys, which will be returned via bank transfer within 7 days of departure, net of any bank transaction fees and/or Visa circuits.
